Classic by Design Engineered Flooring is our new unfinished White Oak flooring featuring four grades, two that we keep in stock ready to ship.
Classic by Design is engineered with an exterior grade Baltic Birch core for exceptional stability and longevity.
Four grades available: Select, 1 Common, Light Character, Character.
• 6mm wear layer.
• Random lengths from 2' - 8'.
• Exterior grade Baltic Birch core.
• Net sizes, not nominal like others. A true 3/4" x 7.5".
• Many custom options available, including textures and prefinishing.
• Short lead times.
• Made in the USA!

Select: Heart/Sap: 80%+ Heartwood. Lengths: 2-8', 36"+ average. Defects: Occasional pin knot, mineral streak.

Classic by Design White Oak Engineered Flooring, 1 Common grade.

1 Common: Heart/Sap: 66%+ Heartwood. Lengths: 2-8', 28"+ average. Defects: Occasional pin knot, mineral streak, color variation.

Classic by Design White Oak Engineered Flooring, Light character grade.

Light Character: Heart/Sap: 70%+ Heartwood. Lengths: 2-8', 36"+ average. Defects: Knots allowed; sound under 1", unsound under 1/2".

Character: Heart/Sap: 70%+ Heartwood. Lengths: 2-8', 48"+ average. Defects: Knots allowed, sound under 2", unsound under 1".

Prefinish:

We have the most extensive and advanced prefinish department in the industry! With over 4000 formulas in our current inventory, we have the capability to match the color and luster of all prefinished hardwood flooring. All stain is hand applied by our color artisans. Each component is finished with three coats of clear finish for lasting durability and beauty.
